Improve route accuracy, optimize delivery operations, and ensure rider safety

📍 Your location data is never used for advertising or shared with unauthorized third parties.

Phone Number: Used for secure login via Firebase OTP Authentication.

Device ID & Advertising ID: Used to identify your device and ensure app reliability.

We do not collect contacts, photos, files, or other personal content from your device.

Your data is used strictly for operational and functional purposes:

To verify rider identity during login

To track delivery and attendance

To communicate order updates and support notifications

To calculate earnings, delivery time, and performance insights

To improve app performance and ensure delivery accuracy

We may share limited data only with:

Whizz internal operations team (for dispatch and delivery monitoring)

Firebase and other Google services (for OTP verification, push notifications, and analytics)

Data is stored securely in Firebase and our managed backend databases.

Although the app does not use end-to-end encryption, we apply robust technical safeguards and access controls.

Only authorized personnel have access to operational data.

Location and delivery data are retained as long as necessary for operational and legal compliance.

Currently, data deletion is not supported directly from the app interface.

Riders can request account and data deletion by emailing customercare@whizz.today.

6. Background Location Disclosure (Play Store Requirement)

The Whizz Delivery Partner app collects location data to enable live delivery tracking and on-duty monitoring, even when the app is closed or not in use. This data helps our operations team assign deliveries and track order completion in real time.

The app does not use location data for advertising purposes.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Whizz Delivery Partner app is intended for users aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
